“Earth is crammed with heaven.” –Elizabeth Barrett Browning.
If you’re reading this it means that the world did not end on December 21st as predicted in the Mayan calendar. Our planet did not implode, crash, or spin out into the stratosphere.
What we got instead was the end of a 5,000 year cycle, and the beginning of a new world era.
We are standing at the cusp of a whole new cosmic era in our human and planetary evolution. We are the ones privileged to witness a crumbling of fear-based systems and a moving towards more expansive, mind-bending, and heart-centered ways of being.
It’s as if the entire planet has pressed a gynormous “refresh button.”
How cool is that!?
In light of this spectacular opportunity,
- What shifts would you like to bring about in your life this year?
- What would you like to let go of once and for all?
- What would you like to make room for?
- Who would you like to meet or connect with?
Your list does not have to be some fancy bucket list of greatest hits, either. You could choose to focus on feeling really good, or making time for yourself, or clearing one thing off your desk — for one minute, every day.
As you know I’m a big fan of the “go slow to go fast” model for cultivating a clear home and spacious life. I believe that a simpler approach (that bypasses the lizard brain’s fight and flight response) is infinitely more effective, fun, and lasting.
