I’m writing a book about Simplicity. I’m finding the process excruciatingly not simple!

After two days of thrashing and butting up against all my resisting, exhausting, perfectionistic patterns – and very little to show for all my efforting – I saw a fabulous 20-minute video of a talk given by Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love.

Whether you’re trying to birth something or not, Elizabeth Gilbert’s TED talk is the perfect antidote to creative stuckness, or whatever ails you.
