Clearing With Awareness Releases Charge

What happens when you scroll down the series of phrases below?

Which ones elicit a sensation of any kind, like… a twitch, eyebrow rise, shallow breathing, a nervous laugh, sweaty palms, tightening in the jaw or fist, fatigue, overwhelm…any sensation that points to a button getting pressed; a memory getting activated; an emotional and energetic charge that you may be holding…?

When you can name and feel the sensations that arise without judging them as good or bad, that is when clearing really begins.

And ends the suffering. For good.


One Minute Clearing

Here’s an opportunity to tune into some of the “static and  noise” (aka emotional clutter) you might be carrying. Without peeking at the list, slowly scroll down the list, revealing one phrase at a time. Read or say it out loud as each one appears on your screen. Notice if any of these phrases press your buttons. Notice if they make you feel rattled, jangled, angry, stirred, punched out, sad. Notice if you feel a surge of heat, greater thirst, increased heart rate, a momentary pang. Do nothing else but allow yourself to stop and feel any weather that is stirred.

[Psst, it might help to practice this one-minute exercise every day for a week or so and write down your experiences in a notebook, or a clearing journal. See what happens when you place your attention on how you are feeling rather than what you desire as an outcome]:

  • Nothing accomplished…

 

 

  • I’m overwhelmed…

 

 

  • Can’t let go…

 

 

  • I told you so…

 

 

  • Failure…

 

 

  • Too fat, too thin…

 

 

  • Endless Piles…

 

 

  • Despairing…

 

 

  • Exhausted…

 

 

  • Shame…

 

 

  • Regret…
