This course has been a long time coming. It distills two decades of teaching, writing, and personal clearing in a 365-day format that delivers – drip by drip – time-release nourishment for the soul.

From short contemplations, tools, tips, new science and concepts, one-minute practices, audio meditations, videos, and personal stories – each lesson builds one upon another to develop your clearing muscle and grow new habits that will last a lifetime. Each daily message is designed to work on you all day!

In these 365 days you will…

  • Cultivate the “5 Ss of Clearing”: slow down, simplify, sense, surrender, self-care.
  • Learn to unplug, detach, disidentify, depersonalize, do less and be (a lot) more.
  • Learn to identify and bypass fight or flight triggers that keep you stuck and unable to move forward.
  • Learn to read different energy signatures in a space; and experience how clearing just one thing or thought changes the energy in the space.
  • Cultivate extreme self-care.
  • Learn to set clear energetic boundaries with others; recognize what is “yours” and what is not.
  • Develop one-minute clearing habits that will work exponentially to nourish and support you in letting go.
  • Expand your awareness of who you are and realize at the deepest level what you came here to be.

    Hi Stephanie,

I haven’t been staying up to date with your blogs. But I noticed this email and I’m wondering… Does it cost money to sign up for the 365 day clearing?

Not going to make it to San Miguel this February. It was nice to meet your daughter last year. I think it was last year.
